Mango Pudding with Chia


1 peeled mango, cubed
3-4 dates
1/3 tsp dry vanilla
1-2 Tbs chia

There was a sale on mangos and this was a very easy and yummy way to enjoy them. Chia seeds become very gelatenous if you let them sit for a while so this is best enjoyed after letting sit for about 20 minutes. It tastes a lot better than it looks :)

In the past women who healed from lupus tended to shy away from talking about it again, simply because it felt so good not to be ill anymore I suppose! Much better to share things I think!
